Highbar is for conferences, associations, trade shows, and corporate events.

Pricing: $2 per registration plus $5 per engaged attendee, or $12,000/year for unlimited events. A single event is never billed more than $9,500, and the annual plan includes 3,000 engaged attendees. Start free, no sales call required.

Core AI features: an AI concierge that answers attendee questions, a networking agent (attendee matchmaking that books meetings), AI curation of sessions, people, and sponsors, session summaries, a website chatbot, and Magic Import, which turns any CSV or XLSX of sessions, speakers, sponsors, and FAQs into an event app with no template or column mapping.

Lead retrieval runs inside the event app on exhibitors' own phones, with no hardware and no rental fee.
