Earlier this year, we launched Highbar’s AI-powered co-pilot app at the Flex Technology Group Sales Kickoff at the Wynn in Las Vegas. Our first live event partnership and a major milestone for the team.

The Highbar co-pilot reduced confusion, streamlined schedules, and let people focus on being present, not staring at their phones.
Some attendees engaged heavily with the AI co-pilot, while others stuck to the traditional schedule and content features. That confirmed something we’ve believed for a while: the best event apps need both.

Despite expectations for native apps, onboarding via web app was seamless. No one asked about downloading anything. That’s a strong signal: web delivery can reduce friction without sacrificing functionality.
