Reimagining the Event App: Highbar Demo at Event Tech World

We had the chance to demo Highbar for the Event Tech World community, a global group of event professionals passionate about getting the most out of the tech they use. True to the spirit of ETW, the session wasn’t just about showing off features it was about sparking conversation around how AI can actually solve real problems for organizers and attendees alike.

I walked through how Highbar blends a fully featured mobile event app with an AI co-pilot that saves time, reduces friction, and personalizes the attendee experience without sacrificing functionality. From instant answers about Wi-Fi and dress code to surfacing relevant sessions, speakers, and sponsors in real-time, the goal is simple: help attendees engage more and organizers stress less.
