On April 30, Julius Solaris and the BoldPush team are hosting the biggest AI for Events Demo Day ever. 39 companies, 5 minutes each, half a day, free, live only.
The vibe? YC meets IMEX. Fast demos, real products, no filler.
Highbar is one of the 39. And we're bringing a few surprises.
The setup
Julius built this event the way he builds everything: with a clear opinion. He selected AI-native companies from BoldPush's Event Tech Map and gave each of them 5 minutes to show what they've got. No celebrities, no games, just products.
The event's sponsors are the names you'd expect: Bizzabo, EventMobi, Cvent/Goldcast, Swoogo, Fielddrive. The big installed base. They're backing the event. We're on stage. I like that dynamic.
What we're showing
Five minutes is not a lot of time, so we're not doing a feature walkthrough. We're doing one thing: showing what it actually feels like when an attendee talks to an AI concierge that knows your event inside and out.
Most event apps are databases with a search bar on top. You scroll, you filter, you hope you find what you're looking for. Highbar flips that. The AI concierge is the interface. Ask it a question and it pulls from sessions, speakers, sponsors, maps, attendee profiles. It recommends, it connects, it follows up.
We'll demo this live with a real event. Real questions, real answers, real recommendations. If you've been wondering what "AI-native event app" actually means in practice, this is 5 minutes well spent.
Plus a few announcements
We've been heads down building, and Demo Day felt like the right moment to share some of what's coming. I won't spoil it here, but if you've been following Highbar's roadmap, you'll want to tune in.
Quick background if we haven't met
I built Attendify in 2011. Over 11 years we powered 20,000+ events for 10 million attendees, bootstrapped to $6M+ ARR, and the company was acquired by Hopin (later RingCentral). That experience taught me everything about what works in event tech and, more importantly, what doesn't.
Highbar is what I'd build if I could start over with everything I learned. Which is exactly what happened.
How to watch
April 30. Free. Live only. No recording (unless you're a BoldPush+ subscriber). Julius is releasing tickets on LinkedIn, so follow him and comment on his post for access.
Or skip the wait and try Highbar yourself right now at highbar.ai. It's free to start.
